Online course to be an Approved Manager

The LSA of WA has developed online training for Approved Managers for the packaged liquor industry. 

Who should do the course?

The licensee must be an Approved Manager. Also there is a requirement that an Approved Manager must be in the licensed premises at all times and you must ensure that staff are trained so that you are compliant with the Act.

What is an Approved Manager?

The MLPLCA401A - Management of Licensed Premises is partial completion of (52735WA), an accredited Course approved by the Department of Racing Gaming & Liquor. The course covers Licensing Legislation and the Liquor Control Act with a focus on Harm Minimisation. The course is offered through Hospitality Alliance Training | Clubs WA as the registered training provider.

How much does it cost?
