Liquor Act Services – we can answer all your queries regarding the Liquor Control Act and keep you updated with any changes or new initiatives implemented by the Director of Liquor Licensing.

Training Facilities – online and face-to-face liquor Licensing “Mandatory Knowledge” – Responsible Server of Alcohol (RSA) & Approved Managers Course. The Retail Liquor Development Foundation (RLDF) training modules, which will become available online in the near future.

The Director of Liquor Licensing has deemed that all licenses are required to address the principles of harm minimisation. Therefore, you will be required to have a House Management Policy, Code of Conduct and a Management Plan. The LSAWA can provide you with these documents that are compliant and specific for your store.

Provision for in-store signage such as “ID25”, “Don’t Buy it for Them” and ‘other’ necessary signage.

Representation dealing with Ministers, MP’s, and other Government Departments including Police, Health, and DRGL.

Representation at Metropolitan Accord Meetings.

Conference facilities for members when in Perth. Use of the LSAWA offices for your city appointments.
